- To manage and confirm reservations.
- To send you relevant follow-up information about your trip (for example, packing lists or
check-in details) if you have an active or upcoming reservation. - To improve our customer service, including with the help of an AI assistant that helps
answer common questions. A member of our team reviews and can take over any conversation at
any time.
